Jeffrey H. Ullrich, C.P.A., J.D. – Graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance in 1991 and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 1992.  Graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1995 and became a licensed attorney in the same year.  Began employment with James A. Ullrich, P.C. in August 1995.  Obtained Certified Public Accountant Certification on September 25, 2000.  Has over 15 years of accounting and tax preparation experience.  Married to Sara Ullrich and have one child – Samuel.

John J. Cordray, C.P.A. – Graduated from Culver-Stockton College, Canton, MO, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics in 1981.  Began employment with James A. Ullrich, P.C., in June of 1991.   Obtained Certified Public Accountant Certification on March 2^nd, 1994.  Has over 30 years of accounting and tax preparation experience.  Married to Beverly Cordray, have two grown children – John and Janella, and three grandchildren – Tiger, Eric and Hadlee.

Stephan F. Darnell, C.P.A – Graduated from Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, TX, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Major in Accounting in 2010. Began employment with James A. Ullrich, P.C., in February of 2011. Obtained Certified Public Accountant Certification on January 25, 2018. Has over 8 years of accounting and tax preparation experience. Married to Cathryn Darnell and have one grown Great Dane – Skyler.
